Community Colleges for Environmental Stewardship: Best Practices Showcase

Friday, September 22, 2017, 10:00 – 4:00 PM, NHTI: Concord’s Community College, Concord, New Hampshire.

The Community Colleges for Environmental Stewardship (CCES) is an interdisciplinary, replicable model that strengthens student learning outcomes to address climate change and water quality issues through service-learning and community engaged projects.
CCES faculty, from the 5 participating institutions, will share their CCES course experiences, challenges and successes at the Best Practices Showcase. This one-day event will allow each campus team to highlight their best practices, curriculum models, and educational materials for integrating environmental stewardship and 21st century skill development for students into course design.  We will host facilitated discussions on how to institutionalize these important initiatives.
More information will be released on August 1st, 2017.
For questions please contact Meghan McCormick,

The agenda will be released by August 1, 2017.  Thank you for your patience!
